Use of Notta
Notta is provided as a local-first iOS tool for notes, reading, AI-assisted writing, chat, and personal reflection. You are responsible for the content you create, import, store, export, or send to third-party services through the app.
Your content
You keep ownership of your notes, ebooks, attachments, diary entries, and chat history. Notta does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for keeping backups of content that is important to you.
Third-party AI providers
AI features require you to configure a third-party or self-hosted provider. You are responsible for your provider account, API key, usage cost, model behavior, availability, and compliance with that provider's terms. Notta does not control how your provider processes or retains requests.
AI output
AI-generated text, summaries, diary drafts, knowledge graphs, citations, and transcriptions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. Review important output before relying on it. Notta is not intended to provide medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or professional advice.
Acceptable use
Do not use Notta to violate laws, infringe rights, bypass access controls, distribute harmful content, or misuse third-party services. Do not import, generate, or share content unless you have the right to do so.
Local data and backups
Notta iOS 1.0 does not expose iCloud sync. If you delete the app, erase the device, or lose the device without a backup, local app data may be lost. Use normal iOS backup and export flows where appropriate.
No warranty
Notta is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruska Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms as Notta changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
